Service charter

Thermalspan Sourcing independent procurement role

Separate buyer, coordinator and supplier responsibilities.

We coordinate requirements and supplier responses. Manufacturing claims belong to the actual supplier.

Responsibilities and evidence boundaries

What buyers control

Application requirements, budget preferences, quantity and acceptance decisions. Buyers decide whether a high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided supplier preference is useful. Those labels describe cost, finish, customization and service trade-offs. They are not audited factory grades. Optional target budget should name currency and whether the figure is per piece or for the total order.

What the service coordinates

Requirement clarification, requests for information and documented quotation comparisons. Coordination covers automotive AC condensers and vehicle installation options. It does not include diagnosing a vehicle, publishing torque charts or claiming interchange from a connector that merely looks similar.

What suppliers confirm

Fitment references, production scope, documents, sample terms and shipment commitments. Supplier declaration, warranty scope and batch identifiers attach to the named condenser and the named legal entity. Material grade, surface finish and test conditions need the supplier’s method statement rather than a recycled brochure sentence.

What remains open

No own-factory identity, authorization, customer count or savings claim is implied. Contacts are empty on this site, so no street address, telephone, email listing or map is shown. Research notes from 2026-09-16 and keyword observations dated 2026-06-01 describe sources, not live inventory. Sample approval does not equal later-lot acceptance.
