Define the coordination scope

1. Requirements review

   Buyer supplies vehicle, part reference, drawings when available and order unit. For an ac condenser automotive request, also state core envelope in millimetres, refrigerant designation, port type and receiver-drier inclusion. Model year and engine code come before any assumption that two cores with similar faces interchange.

2. Supplier questions

   Ask about production scope, sample options and documentation for the specified part. Request an inlet and outlet map, bracket locations and an itemized packing list. If new versus remanufactured condition is offered, keep those answers on separate comparison lines. 3. Quote comparison

4. Order handoff
