This policy describes how inquiry fields on the Thermalspan Sourcing website are used. No public office address, telephone directory or map listing is published because those contacts are not on file.
The form collects name, work email, optional company name and a procurement requirement. Optional budget amount, currency, per-piece or total-order basis, and supplier preference are merged into the same requirement field at submit time when JavaScript is available. They are not extra backend field names.
Submitted specification notes, quantity, destination ZIP code and timing are used to organize supplier questions. They are not used to invent inventory or to create a vehicle-fitment database on this site.
