For a custom ac condenser, record length, width and thickness in millimetres, refrigerant designation, port type, mounting dimensions and whether a receiver-drier is integrated. Vehicle year and engine or chassis identifiers still apply even when the core is not a catalog copy. |
| Supplier response | Ask the supplier to identify model, revision and deviations. Request a marked drawing in the same viewing orientation as the buyer file. A changed bracket or port location is a deviation, not a silent substitution. Thread pitch and bore diameter apply only if fittings are included in the quoted assembly. |
| Evidence scope | Match drawings and test documents to the actual part and entity. A regional manufacturer overview of U-flow or S-flow cores explains product-family language; it does not approve a US application or this site’s suppliers. Electrical interface checks apply only if a sensor or fan is part of the quoted assembly, which is outside the default condenser core. |
