Parts wholesale
Clarify catalog references, packing units, assortment and reorder expectations. For a truck ac condenser assortment, list U-flow versus S-flow separately and state whether receiver-driers are included. Reorder language is a planning input, not a warehouse promise. Gross package weight, if required for freight, is requested from the supplier rather than invented here.
Workshop distribution
Clarify installation position, included hardware and vehicle application range. Workshop buyers should record mounting position, bolt pattern where brackets are supplied, and left/right orientation when the condenser is not symmetric. Hardware missing from a packing unit becomes a separate purchase, not an implied kit.
Fleet purchasing
Separate vehicle configurations and planned quantities by application. Fleet groups that mix model year ranges must not collapse those rows into one condenser description. Engine code and chassis identifiers stay on the RFQ even when the cooling package looks similar across cabs.
Special project inquiry
Document altered interfaces and request supplier confirmation before accepting alternatives. Custom brackets, relocated ports or a different refrigerant designation are deviations. They require a written deviation list, not a photograph. Special projects still exclude engine radiators and AC compressors.
New versus remanufactured supply, kit versus individual contents, and sample versus later batch checks apply in every scenario. Thermalspan Sourcing can organize the questions; interchange remains unconfirmed until the supplier answers against the stated truck application.
